Coach Schurz had 25 seasons of swimming and coaching experience in the midwest before taking a 5 year hiatus to be a homemaker, part-time teacher & violin player.  Her coaching experiences have been at the club, college and high school levels.

First  Woman to be Coach of the Year for a HS Boys Team, Mounds View, MN 1997

Twelve time Section Coach of the Year at MVHS and Breck School

NCAA Div III All-American Athlete - 1987

Coach Clint has taught and coached swimmers of all ages and abilities in Arizona for over the last decade.  His focus has always been involved with building aquatic skills and confidence in todays youth.  Experience in lifeguarding, recreation, competative, adaptive, and theraputic swimming brings a wealth of knowledge to the Snow Sharks Team.
